In the final weeks of the Snap Design Academy, our team of four tackled the challenge of developing a new Snapchat feature centered on environmental sustainability. Within the short timeline, we created Greenview: a feature designed to raise environmental awareness among Gen Z. With Snap Green View, users can effortlessly find nearby eco-friendly events, participate, and earn rewards, all contributing to a greener community.

In collaboration with Le Hangar 23, I spearheaded the development of a brand identity that seamlessly blends classic Americana with a contemporary edge. Within this project scope, I specialized in crafting clothing designs, logos, branding elements, and executing web development for their dynamic e-commerce motorcycle brand.

We teamed up with Vanson Leathers to reinterpret their classic ‘Enfield’ jacket, drawing inspiration from vintage US Navy sailor tattoo styles. This jacket is printed with 10 vintage tattoo graphics and has been aged to emulate the broken-in feel of a well-worn leather piece.

Crafted in Vanson’s Fall River, Massachusetts factory, it was then sent to us in Los Angeles, California, for washing and distressing.

As the lead designer at TWOFOLD, a vintage clothing brand, I crafted a variety of designs. These ranged from posters and banners for in-person events to hardware designs for clothing and complete packaging including cards and stickers. Additionally, I focused on developing designs for their social media and web presence.

In my final year at UC Davis, I took on a dynamic project centered around Alternative and Punk music genres. From logo design to digital ads, I delved deep into these genres, infusing my personal style into every aspect. Researching extensively, I honed in on key elements like the festival logo and typefaces, leading to a seamless transition to tangible outcomes.

In the final phase of my design studies at UC Davis, I took on DES 135, a furniture design course. Focused on refining my sketching and ideation skills, I embraced the challenge of translating concepts into physical forms. With a deep admiration for Modern and mid-Century furniture, I embarked on crafting a chair that echoed these styles.
